Healthy life style
“I’m a woman who takes her health very seriously- Do you?”
On Tuesday 6th May 2014 at 6pm at SOS POLONIA in Southampton we will be holding another one of our free Health Workshops, funded by The Big Lottery for the benefit of any EU Migrants living in Hampshire.
This particular workshop will deal with the very important and complex matter of woman’s health, irrespective of age. Everyday life exposes our health to a range of internal and external factors that can often lead to illnesses and diseases and at our workshop, Orsi Schaffler and Natalia Sukiennik will address this subject in detail.
You are likely to be very surprised to learn how some minor actions can have such large consequences.
